Wormhole Theory Visualisation
I was always fascinated by Albert Einstein's general theory of relativity, especially from the derivation that led to the Einstein-Rosen bridge, and later to the Schwarzschild Metric. It was the Austrian Ludwig Flamm who had realised that Schwarzschild's solution (called the Schwarzschild Metric) led to Einstein's equations, actually describes a wormhole connecting two regions of flat space-time; two universes, or two parts of the same universe. I was experimenting since the Nineties with custom mirrors and lenses installations-bending space and matter untill I've developed a technique that anables me to make things apear out of a spot, hole, the sky, wall or another surface, morph solid things into fluid forms and make them dissapear in a spot hole again. The basic Idea is the visualisation of the Wormhole Theory from my perspective and understanding of the same.

Visualisation of the Wormhole theory
Excerpt from the Frank O. Gehry video. 2011 The anamorphic video is filmed with a mirror installation, made without a computer manipulation and post-processing.The building appears from different wormholes and disappears in the same after the performance.
I am inspired by my observations of society and theories of post-Newtonian modern physics and classical and contemporary ideas of metaphysics.
I question the achievements of the Homo Faber from an anthropological, socio-cultural and spiritual perspective. The human animal builds its world with the help of tools and aligns its spirituality with it. With the distortion/equalization of its creation, I question the technophile aproach of 'Homo Faber'. I use low-tech tools - photographed or filmed reflections, without computer manipulation.
I like to experiment and improvise a lot, even with technology, but I have very good results with low tech. The idea is more in the foreground than the technology.
